Pizza Lovers Tokyo Friday July 4th 2014 Dinner #7: Rocco's New York Style Pizza - Oji

While we had our series of Italian style pizza, we went in search of some NYC-style pizza!. The search took us just outside of the center of Tokyo, not far from Ueno station.
Since June 2010, they have been serving authentic New York Style pizza by the slice or pie. They make their own dough and sauce in the store, so it's always fresh, and all of the pizzas are hand tossed and cooked in a deck oven. And their pizzas are big! Their 14" (36 cm) medium size pizzas are the other guys' large size pizzas, but at 18" (46 cm) the large size pizzas are truly large size pizzas. You won't be disappointed and you won't leave hungry!
